Social Inclusion Awareness Week 2012 will take place from 15th – 21st October. Groups and organisations are now invited to take part and host an event or activity during the week. The deadline for submiting an event to be included in the Programme of Events is Friday 27th July 2012.

‘fixyourstreet’ facilitates the reporting of non emergency issues concerning street lighting, drainage, graffiti, illegal dumping, and road and footpath maintenance to Comhairle Chontae na Gaillimhe/Galway County Council. The publicly accessible website also allows citizens to monitor the response and interact with the Council on the issue reported through the system.

Culture Night 2012 - Submit Your Event
This years Galway Culture Night on Friday 21st September is shaping up to be biggest yet as the celebrations extend to all over County Galway. Galway County Council are inviting groups, organisations and artists to hold an event have it included in the Culture Night Programme. Some funding for events is also available.
